Bug fix 

🐝 TEXT MESSAGES! - we have cleaned up everything sms; you can text without interruption of the send button. 

🐞 Email attachments fix- attach attachments without sacrificing being able to send the rest of your email! It's not one or the other. With Dabadu, you can have it all! 

🐛 Appointment Date: view the booked date, not created date! We are looking into the future, not the past 👐 

Enhancement Weather notices & Quotes - "There is a 30% chance that it is already raining" - mean girls ☔  Catch a glimpse of what's going on outside your window and in peoples heads with the new weather widget, and quotes introduced by Dabadu 💭 

Enhancement Call dial pad - Click it, bop it, close it, twist it; check out the update to the new fresh look 💅 

Enhancement Mobile App - Feedback has been received and we have thrown all of your ideas into the mobile app - GM's we even optimized it for your use!! Stay up to date with the latest downloads to keep getting the best features!

Enhancement Text messaging - line break - Write like a poet in paragraph form now, with the ability to enter down to a new row. ✏

Enhancement Pagination - 25 default; 10 customers isn't going to set record breaking months. Now that everyone is warmed up, we have defaulted to showing you 25 lines per page to get the momentum going! 📈 

New Features Download Details; download the details straight from the leads mouth. Lead detail page now has a button to export, and print the vital info about your lead in a click 📥 

New Features Pendo - Release notes are one thing, but what about tool tips for the hot new features? Or new announcements we can't allow you to miss. Keep an eye out for some dazzling popups that only bring you the most crucial information 💪 

Operations Tuesday & Thursday trainings. Training is moving!!! Starting March 21, training will be moved to Tuesday and Thursdays! Still at 2pm, still with the same meeting link! Support will remain here to assist as needed, and feel free to book alternate sessions if extra training is needed! 👍

Enhancement So you can see your sales on a monthly basis.. but what about a daily update? With the enhancement to the Sales Agent Performance Graph that will be easily distinguishable - we changed the month view to track sales day by day 📆  This graph is the epicenter for your performance; stay tuned for new enhancements to give you a better picture 📊 

Enhancement A walk-in, a renewal, and a referral walk into a bar... you can't tell them apart because they have no identification 👎 You can't best serve them if you don't know who you're dealing with 👣 With the enhanced Manual Lead Identification feature, you can craft the perfect cocktail of vehicle selections that will surely quench all their purchasing needs. 

Enhancement How do you mean by that? 😉 How would it change your managers life if you could add notes while you change the lead status ✏ Explain your thoughts, help the team out with some insight, clarity, and transparency. Write hints to your later self as your lead transitions into the next phase of the sales process, so you are always on your toes going into the next conversation.

New Features "Let's circle back to this in a week to touch base", "Let's pencil some time in the books to discuss this further" 🙊 🙉 We all say it - whether you mean it or not 🙈 but at least now.. you can back it up with a Calendar! 📅  See your schedule, block off time to meet with your hot leads; and don't forget to set aside some "me" time to reflect and collect your thoughts 💆  

New Features "Just following up here; looking to close the loop on this", "Wanted to pick this back up and run an idea up the flagpole to get your thoughts and create an action plan going forward" 💢 You've created the appointment in your calendar - great - now what's stopping you from just setting it and forgetting it? 📆  Appointments and Reminders; that's what. Set semi-minute-ly reminders to circle back and send those texts, hop on those phone calls, and close those deals. Can't make a sale, if you don't make it to the appointment - we've got you though; you can't miss the reminders, they are literally everywhere 🌐 

New Features For those of you who think numbers are important - even if they aren't following a dollar sign 💸 Dabadu has brought you customized data abilities! Lead Managers can define the Lead and Sales Month dates to make sure that the deals your closing are counting for the right month - while matching them with leads from the right month! Showing you percentages you can count on! 💰 

New Features Dark Mode 😈 #ifyouknowyouknow 😎   Try it out when you're up late and prepping for a good day's work in the morning - being prepared means you can hit the ground running. But you certainly can't do that with the light of 1000 suns shining in your eye balls 👀  Test out the dark mode - work comfortably through the night. Now available on the web and mobile app 👍 

Operations Life as a Millennial/ Gen Z is hard, sometimes typing up a support ticket/ chat seems like soo much work 😴  Dabadu doesn't believe that that's a good enough reason to not get support tho, so we have implemented open virtual support sessions! Just log in, sit back and ask your questions; our support team can walk you through the issue with no extra typing required! You work hard enough; you deserve it! 🚫 💻

Enhancement  There is only time for so many clicks in a day - so we have done our best to remove some! 🐭 Try logging in with the trusty enter button on your keyboard instead of dragging your mouse all away across the screen to find the sign in button

Enhancement  Sales managers; getting hit with 400 leads at the end of the month, tossing them to your team like a hot potato. It can be a struggle when you're tossing 400 potatoes individually; but how about if you were tossing 100 potatoes at a time? We have built the "Bulk Transfer" option; toss away  💸 

Enhancement  Dashboards are growing - we have added the entire team to the dashboard - sales or no sales; so everyone can share the spotlight 💃 🔦
