On the lead's application detail page, you can now easily identify and request the necessary documents through text or email. Dabadu will send the lead a convenient link to upload their documents, and you'll see them appear right on the lead details. 😀 This update helps streamline the process and minimizes the hassle of managing files. We’re excited to announce that Dabadu now integrates directly with Canada General Warranty! Dealers can now offer industry-leading warranty, GAP products with a single click—right from within Dabadu CRM.

Don't Want to Read? Watch this Video!

If your dealership is partnered with Canada General, simply:

1.  Head to the Deals tab
2. Navigate to the Warranty section
3. Add the customers' warranty/warranties
4. Input the warranty price
5. Hit Submit!
6. Click on the Contract button to review the warranty contract!

That's it! No more manual entry! Warranties will now be submitted in seconds!
