Hey Dabadu users, 

As more and more of you dive into the new app, we just wanted to touch base around some common questions we are seeing arise. 

1. Yes, you use your same log in credentials as the web version and the previous app

2. When you are logging in, scroll down and right before the "sign in" button there is an "advanced options" button -> Make sure you click "Production" 

We have the other environments set up and available for some users that want to beta test new features as they come out, but they require different log ins. 

For your Day to Day activities, ensure you are using PRODUCTION to be able to utilize all the great Dabadu features and to ensure you are able to see all of your leads!

Well fear not, Lead Logs are here! *insert superhero emoji* Lead Logs allow you to record the fact that you had an impromptu appointment, email or phone call outside of the Dabadu system 📆 Check them out on your lead detail page today! 

New Features GM's and Sales Managers alike; Communication Management is a new tool to allow you to see all conversations from your team in a single page. No need to flip through lead pages, agent dashboards or anything else. Check out your "Admin Communication" privileges now! 🎧 

Sales reps, we are here for you too, thanks to "Manage Communications" on the navigation panel, you can see your full list of communications with a single click from anywhere in the platform, no longer is it necessary to go back to your dashboard page! 

New Features If you are one of the chosen ones, with the golden permissions to access the new CBB Look UP ✅  starting today - we have added the ability to look up the Canadian Blackbook Value of a vehicle without the formality of an official trade-in request! 🚙 Wow, can you imagine that 👀 

New Features Walkins, referrals, accidental phone calls, on purpose phone calls or repeat customers; there are many ways you could come across a manual lead. Manual lead transfer has been introduced to move leads around as necessary. On the Manual leads page, click that "Bulk Transfer" button and have yourself a holly jolly lead transferring day 🎯

You're busy! Who has time to go back and forth 9 times over email with someone to book one 15 minute meeting? 📠 Literally no one. Send them your own personalized calendar invite and they can book a time that suits both of you on their own. 1 email. That's all it's takes! 📅 

Blinded by the bright lights of the dashboard page? ✨ Unsure of what 07-08-2022 means and would rather a visual representation? Change your preferences in your profile! Want to perpetually be in dark mode? Done. Want to see your appointments on a calendar instead of a list? Why not - go ahead! 🎈 

Find all of the above by clicking on your display picture/ initials in the bottom right corner of your Dabadu screen 🔦 

Operations Your leads anniversary is coming up and they want to buy a car for their spouse, 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 or they are purchasing a car for their child's 18th birthday and you can only call between 3-6pm to work out the details and not spoil the surprise. You know who would know that? 💁 The reception team - they get all the good gossip! 💬 They can now share that with you through the lead detail notes ✏ Right after they have created the walk-in as a lead and checked them in for their appointment 👣 all in the Dabadu system!
