Three's company over here at Dabadu! 🌟 The more, the merrier!

Call Transfer and Conference Call is now live in Dabadu! On the call screen, you will see the option to send your live call to a different user, or add a third to your current call!

You can search for a user in your dealership by name to add, or type in the phone number of the lead, or lead contact you are trying to reach! 

Call Transfer: You are on the phone with a lead, but they want to speak with someone else, transfer the call, and you will be disengaged so they can continue with a conversation from there. 

Call Conference: You can create a party line, where 3 people can be a part of the conversation at the same time with no hesitation or on holds.

We are pushing the latest enhancements to the credit report function this morning! Super exciting 😁 With that being said, we need time to do so, if you are experiencing issues pulling credit reports for the next short while, this is why. We are on top of it, and any odd behaviour will be back to normal shortly 😎

1. Dabadu is working towards a totally user-customized experience, and the next step in that journey is the default landing page option! 👤 You can choose on your profile page, which page you would prefer to land on when you log in! Communication page? Calendar? All Leads? Whatever helps you get the best jump start to your day! 💥 

2. Speed to lead has always been the name of the game! 🚀 The automations are a great help, but we cannot let them have all the fun! 👾 

When a new lead is assigned within your dealership's open hours, a 20-minute timer will start counting down the seconds until you reach out to your lead! If you can't beat the clock, it gets escalated to your next-in-line reporting manager, each person will have 20 minutes to make contact happen until the escalations will continue up the ladder 🔥🔥🔥

New Features!! 

Vehicle of Interest!
Take note of what vehicle your lead is interested in! You can now group and search for leads based on their ideal choices! Add a vehicle to your lead on the lead detail page, and see them in a list on the "Vehicle Interest" module. 

Note: We are rolling this out first for Retail Auto leads ..everyone else will be able to join the fun shortly!
        - You can create a manual lead with a Vehicle Interest attached
        - You can add a vehicle interest to an already-created lead
        - Leads that come in from a Retail Auto source, will automatically have the vehicle attached.

We have released a new version of the mobile app in the play store! 👏  If you have been missing having Dabadu on the go, or have been experiencing any issues, it's time to be out with the old and in with the new! 💫  Delete and redownload to see all of the improvements! 👍

You're booking appointments, BDC is booking appointments, what about leads booking their own appointments? Who knows their schedule better than them? 

Use your personal calendar link to allow them to chose their preferred date and time to talk with you. 

On your profile page chose, you can send this link: 

They will be able to sign up for any date and time around your Dabadu Schedule! 

You can see the appointment with the rest in your Master Calendar

Hey Everyone! 

As a Monday special, we are bringing you an enhanced feature we have released 📆  We received a lot of feedback around the ability to book more than one appointment at a time. We have lifted the restrictions allowing you to do so! 👯  

With so many alternate resources helping book appointments for the team, the image below has been implemented as a warning that you're crossing over into that double booking territory ⚠   you can choose to proceed if that is what you wish 👍 

You're on a roll, cruising through 100 leads a day, making those calls and sending those texts. You've got your filters set up and dialed in to perfection.... Then a new notification comes in, you click it and lose your spot. 

Now, you have the option on the profile page, to have new notifications open the new screen on a new tab when clicked upon, or to keep directing you to the new screen while remaining on the same tab.
