We have unlocked Preferred Names! 👍 

Now you can differentiate between how you are addressed on legally curated documents 👤  and in communications with your leads! 🙌 

Preferred names will be used in all lead-facing interactions, including appointment invitations, automations and snippets! (Be sure to go update your snippets with the new "preferred name" field)

Reach out to your Dabadu Admin's to have your preferred name updated! 

** If you're happy with your name in Dabadu the way it is, no need for any additional steps 😊 

Building on the newly released dial pad ... we have enabled Dial Assist! You can now... 

- Press 1 to continue in your preferred language to the person you are trying to reach 📞 

- Press 2 to have a great day ☀ 

- Press 3 to close the deal 👍

With so many alternate resources helping book appointments for the team, the image below has been implemented as a warning that you're crossing over into that double booking territory ⚠   you can choose to proceed if that is what you wish 👍
